Astonishing Time Lapse Video of Earth From Space

Earth | Time Lapse View from Space, Fly Over | NASA, ISS from Michael König on Vimeo.

Time lapse sequences of photographs taken by the crew of expeditions
28 & 29 onboard the International Space Station from August to October,
2011, who to my knowledge shot these pictures at an altitude of around 350 km.
All credit goes to them. I intend to upload a FullHD-version presently.

HD, refurbished, smoothed, retimed, denoised, deflickered, cut, etc.
All in all I tried to keep the looks of the material as original as possible,
avoided adjusting the colors and the like, since in my opinion the original
footage itself already has an almost surreal and aestethical visual nature.
Why Oil and Gasoline Prices are Rising

Even though supply is increasing and demand is increasing.

Hint: It's not the revolts in the middle east, or the weak dollar.

An interesting perspective here

The 4 hour Dentist: Hilarious Spoof of Tim Ferriss's (author of "the 4 hour workweek") writing style.

Hilarious Spoof of Tim Ferriss's (author of "the 4 hour workweek") writing style.

Here’s what I want you to do: Take everything you thought you knew about becoming a dentist and write it down on a piece of paper. Now, crumple up that piece of paper and stuff that bad boy all the way down your throat until you can’t breathe. Find the nearest mirror. Are you turning blue yet? Okay pull that shit out before you die. You’re welcome — I just saved your life; now shut up and pay attention because here come the three rules of the 4-Hour Dentist.

Read it and laugh.
